Since a day of volunteering lasts at least 8 hours, most of your time will be spent outdoors, so we advise you to plan the following:
- comfortable shoes
- a sunscreen - possibly a spray against insect bites
- windbreaker and / or rain suit
- a cap or a hat
- warm clothes(for winter races)
